We know that

Awareness brings change

 

We believe that with awareness, comes empathy, thinking changes, priorities change and responsibilities change...

 

Our purpose is about encouraging Canadian society to do a better and more enlightened job of dealing with children who suddenly find themselves without real parents.

 

What about abandonment?

 

Abandoned once can scar for life but repeatedly—

 - indoctrinates the child with absolutely no self

worth - no security - no trust - hopelessness and despair.

 

By the time a child leaves (outgrows) foster care at 16 - 18 years of age—they are unable to take care of their basic needs.

43% of these children end up on the Streets of our cities.

We need volunteers to:

 

· Clerical office work

· Telephone calls

· Typing

· Organize speaker programs 

· Networking
